Qué guardamos
- Si te anotas en una lista: tu correo, lo que te interesa (Alkemya IA, Academy o Studio), el idioma y la fecha.
- Si nos escribes por el formulario de contacto: tu nombre, tu correo, el tema, tu mensaje, el idioma y la fecha.
- Con cada formulario, de dónde llegaste al sitio (por ejemplo, una publicación de Instagram o una búsqueda), para saber qué canales funcionan.
- Una huella abreviada de tu dirección IP, solo para evitar envíos abusivos.
Para qué
Para avisarte del lanzamiento de lo que elegiste, para responder los mensajes que nos envías y para entender cómo se usa el sitio y qué anuncios funcionan. Los formularios los guardamos con el consentimiento que das al marcar su casilla; la medición, con lo que elijas en el aviso de cookies.
Cookies y medición
Al entrar te mostramos un aviso para aceptar estas herramientas o quedarte solo con las necesarias. Si vives en la Unión Europea, el Reino Unido o Suiza, ninguna se activa hasta que aceptes.

Además, tu navegador guarda el idioma que elegiste, si ya te anotaste en una lista y tu elección sobre las cookies.
Con quién se comparte
No vendemos ni cedemos tus datos. Los formularios se guardan en nuestro proveedor de alojamiento web y en una hoja privada de Google, y los mensajes llegan a nuestro correo. Las herramientas de medición de arriba (Google, Meta, LinkedIn y Microsoft) reciben datos de navegación según lo que elijas en el aviso de cookies, y pueden tratarlos fuera de Costa Rica.
Cuánto tiempo
Las listas, hasta 12 meses después del lanzamiento. Los mensajes de contacto, hasta 24 meses. Los datos de medición, hasta 14 meses. En todos los casos, antes si pides borrarlos.
Tus derechos
Puedes pedir ver, corregir o borrar tus datos, o retirar tu consentimiento, escribiendo al correo de contacto. Respondemos en 5 días hábiles. Si vives en Costa Rica puedes acudir a la PRODHAB; si vives en la Unión Europea, a tu autoridad de protección de datos.

What we store
- If you join a list: your email, what you are interested in (Alkemya IA, Academy or Studio), the language and the date.
- If you write to us through the contact form: your name, your email, the topic, your message, the language and the date.
- With each form, where you came to the site from (for example, an Instagram post or a search), to learn which channels work.
- A shortened fingerprint of your IP address, only to prevent abusive submissions.
Why
To notify you about the launch of what you chose, to answer the messages you send us and to understand how the site is used and which ads work. We store the forms with the consent you give by ticking their box; measurement follows what you choose in the cookie notice.
Cookies and measurement
When you arrive we show a notice to accept these tools or keep only the essential ones. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, none of them runs until you accept.

Your browser also stores the language you chose, whether you already joined a list and your cookie choice.
Who it is shared with
We do not sell or transfer your data. Forms are stored with our web hosting provider and in a private Google sheet, and messages reach our email. The measurement tools above (Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft) receive browsing data according to your cookie choice, and may process it outside Costa Rica.
How long
Lists, up to 12 months after launch. Contact messages, up to 24 months. Measurement data, up to 14 months. In every case, sooner if you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the contact email. We reply within 5 business days. If you live in Costa Rica you can turn to PRODHAB; if you live in the European Union, to your data protection authority.
